It took several attempts just to get into the store. There was always a locked door and a note when I came before. Should have taken that for a warning sign. I was left waiting at their entrance and had several people who I thought were staff just push past me and then walk out before anyone has come to serve us. Seriously need a dedicated door person and at least two people staffing the shop at all times. When I did finally get to the cash they didn't have either of the items their site said were in stock and the guy at the cash got hostile fast when I started asking about what other vapes they have.
Multiple signs telling customers to wait and present ID despite this people who don't follow the rules will be served before you. No one bothers to check the front door. Employee just shrugged off my concern when I mentioned I got here 20 minutes ago and watched several people remove the barriers and not follow the posted rules.
The prices are good, but all 3 times I have been here the staff have been the least friendly of any dispensary I've ever been to. Not quite rude, but enough to make me feel less than welcome. The first time I hoped it was just one person, or a bad day, but it has been fairly consistent. Which is a shame, since it's the closest spot to me and a super convenient location, and as I mentioned, the prices are great.
I've been going here since it opened. I was just reading some of the reviews.
Only one time, out of the thousands of times I have gone, there was a note saying "back in X min" which I understood because all of us humans, we need a break.
I've only received good service from all the employees, minus one, but I don't really see her very much but I believe she started working there a few months after opening.
This dispensary was very convenient for me as I was going to 'The Herbary' and they closed at 9 (I believe they close at 10 now) and this one was open until 11. I usually work late so this was a better option.
I do still really like 'The Herbary' as they have a points system, hopefully this store will also get a points system, as most stores have it now.
I live in this neighborhood and I literally just noticed this store 3 weeks ago lol. Anyway, great deals and awesome customer service. Will be coming back.
