Lovely staff, excellent selection, and a cozy atmosphere. This was one of the first dispensaries I came to in Ottawa and it is one of my favourites.

It took several attempts just to get into the store. There was always a locked door and a note when I came before. Should have taken that for a warning sign. I was left waiting at their entrance and had several people who I thought were staff just push past me and then walk out before anyone has come to serve us. Seriously need a dedicated door person and at least two people staffing the shop at all times. When I did finally get to the cash they didn't have either of the items their site said were in stock and the guy at the cash got hostile fast when I started asking about what other vapes they have.

I arrived an hour before closing to shutters and no response on the phone. It may be best to change to hours that you can commit to, and not mislead customers.

I have been going here since they opened and the people are very nice with a convenient location and as a place to be and hang out, it is very pleasant. Edit: The manager reached out, explained their choices on stock, and listened to my ideal choices. I do still hope their selection in vaping improves but even if they don't their care is top quality.
