I go to this place every time I run out.. Amazing staff, always welcoming very nice.. And it's nice to have a conversation with somebody.. I absolutely love this..
I had previously written a review of an uncomfortable situation I had witnessed in the store and had left a 3 star review.
Since the situation I have been back to the store several times and it has been pleasant and professional. Obviously a one off situation from before.
Also had a chance today to talk with Andrea in store today who is always amazing. She was concerned and we talked about what happened. What a professional. Thanks Andrea.
Today I went in looking for some CBD products which in pretty unfamiliar with. Andrea B was a great help in finding the products that were right for me. She took the time to give examples from her own experience which made the whole interaction feel more personal.
