I think cannabis sommelier should be the job title for the fine staff (I can't pick a favourite) at 13th floor. Whatever your reason for wanting cannabis; the staff will match you with the right product. The atmosphere is welcoming and cool. They haven't let me down when it comes to my requests for "something stinky" or "something with an entertaining name." I recommend taking their levels of intensity seriously. To sum up, ALL of the staff possess an encyclopedic amount of cannabis knowledge to make whatever you buy hit the spot.
Where do I even begin…
Incredibly overpriced considering the price points of big chains like Canna Cabana can get the same product for nine dollars cheaper at canna. The staff look like they are children playing dress up in grandpas clothes. It's a cool atmosphere, but the staff look ridiculous in their uniforms and have almost no product knowledge or enthusiasm about what they do for a living. won't be back, save your money and go to Cabana for service and prices.
Can't say enough good things! Every time I go in, no matter who is working, they are so nice and helpful. Whenever I have questions, they are always happy to help. And they are dog friendly! So I can just walk over there from my house with my pup :)

Above and beyond friendly staff! Love going in and being greeted like a friend. Staff has become well versed in my personal preferences and has numerous high quality products to choose from. As compared to "big" stores, 13th floor has better higher end product, the craft strains of the industry, love the shop!
