This location always goes above and beyond to find me what I need and make sure I am happy with my products. Bonny has been a godsent in helping me (and my husband) find exactly what I want, even when I don't know what that is. She is very kind and professional, knowing what she can help me with and what is out of her scope. Between her and the rest of the team, this place feels like a second home! I also know I will always be satisfied with a product because the return policy is fair and the store works with customers to find solutions when we get those lemons (iykyk). It has made my cannabis journey fun to explore in a responsible way.

I was in earlier today with a friend , she wanted an ounce and I wanted some joints, we were told because we came in the same vehicle, she couldn't do that even tho the law states 30g per adult as long as there is a receipt for proof. I'm not impressed with either her , or the older lady that did nothing about it , unless you guys changed your rules , I was lied to by one of your employees.

Fantastic service by Trent. Not only did he help me pick a vape according to my needs, but I noticed the batty I got was locked or something. It wasn't working so I called and Trent was able to use his astounding knowledge and intelligence to solve the problem and allow me to unlock it. Most of the staff here are rude, condescending, and don't know what they're talking about. I've been talked down to and told I'm wrong on different visits and sold the wrong product multiple times. This is my closest shop, and I've started going elsewhere. The only reason this isn't 1 star is that today was a change from my normal. The red haired girl was actually friendly and double checked my order to make sure it was right. Go 10 minutes up the street for a better time!
