I was in earlier today with a friend , she wanted an ounce and I wanted some joints, we were told because we came in the same vehicle, she couldn't do that even tho the law states 30g per adult as long as there is a receipt for proof. I'm not impressed with either her , or the older lady that did nothing about it , unless you guys changed your rules , I was lied to by one of your employees.
Fantastic service by Trent. Not only did he help me pick a vape according to my needs, but I noticed the batty I got was locked or something. It wasn't working so I called and Trent was able to use his astounding knowledge and intelligence to solve the problem and allow me to unlock it. He saved me the trip of waking all the way there and back. It Thanks Trent 🙏
Most of the staff here are rude, condescending, and don't know what they're talking about. I've been talked down to and told I'm wrong on different visits and sold the wrong product multiple times. This is my closest shop, and I've started going elsewhere. The only reason this isn't 1 star is that today was a change from my normal. The red haired girl was actually friendly and double checked my order to make sure it was right. Go 10 minutes up the street for a better time!
Every time I come in I ask for the best stuff, I always get the best from Haily, she gets me what i need not always what i come in looking for but always gets me at the perfect level. Her product knowledge is beyond reproach!!
Walked into this store as I was just visiting Calgary. I was meet by a lady with long blonde hair. She gave me a tour of the store to show me the different products that they sell. I then purchased an ounce of flower from the lady whom I learnt her name was Bonnie. She was asked me if I wanted to buy an elite membership but since I don't live in Calgary I declined. However she was correct when she stated that this store has unbeatable prices .I was super impressed by how clean & organized the store was & the knowledge that Bonnie had. Highly recommend this store & ask for Bonnie she knows her stuff and is very very friendly.
