What can I say store is the best in thunder bay for customer service. That Cameron guy is my guy to go see always knowledgeable and helps me find what I need. Don't try to talk to the owner about a problem with an employee because he will find a problem with what you've said and deflects everything. I usually go here Tuesday for seniors day or Wednesday for the sales. I was a regular customer and praised the owner for being friendly and helpful, but looking back, all he did was upsell a different, more expensive product and not what I had asked for in the price range I gave his employee. The boss heard and interrupted our conversation to upsell the more expensive product.
I'm not going back here, but that wasn't my problem. Arthur Street has an employee that is rude, makes their own rules, and breaks the bosses rules, but according to him, the employee will be talked to but not about my problem with the employee. I apparently gave the boss info that I was rung through the till improperly, but that's all. The employer said there were 2 people on my account, so he/she couldn't give me my senior discount. I had ordered it online through my account and email - something I've done many times and i got a family member to pick it up because delivery for me is very late because I'm usually the furthest out.
I called because there was 2 people on my account and I wanted to know why because I couldn't get my senior discount with 2 people on it. Not very happy with this 75 percent off garbage as it is your average order, instead of the actual 75 percent off the price, that's ripping people off just to come in sign up, where is there always a catch, also they wanted me to spend my money on the highest THC right off the rip, didnt even ask how much money i had to spend as i could have gotten 7 more grams then i walked out with, i feel ripped off, im not going back here, you lost a regular customer
March 24th 2024 at around 1030pm I phoned an order in ahead of time. I had the oldest of my 6 children with me and as he is certainly old enough to babysit his 5 other simblings and stand outside alone he could not enter the store with me. I was denied service by the employee with long pink hair solely because my child was outside and was rudley instructed to leave the store. I am pretty sure denying me service in this way is DISCRIMINATION! Thankfully I have the means to proceed with a formal legal complaint. I was a long time regular there since the store was opened, now I will never purchase there again.
