Favourite dispensery in North Bay! They have a great selection of Cannabis. Their employees are super friendly and super helpful! I went in undecided and they gave me their honest opinions about certain Indica strains, when I got home - I was very pleased with the decision I made with the help of everyone :) they are always so pleasant when I come in, even exchanging some giggles. Thanks for being super awesome, I'm hoping my thumbs up picture will replace the current photo up, very misleading as they are super great to get to know and is 10000% worth the shot ❤️
Usually decent herb for usually decent prices! Can always find good quality through the HiWay brand when its available.

Talked to the manager Alec and he helped solve the issues. Earlier rating said it was the manager who assisted me during the encounter on the 30th but that was a mistake on my part it was just a normal CSR.
Lost marks because Yesterday evening (December 29th 2023) I was told the two display cases on the desk were 20% off. Went in the next day and the manager was there and I tried to grab something I was told by staff was 20% off from the display to be told, no that display isn't 20% off.
When I said "Oh, Well, the person working here yesterday evening told me it was 20% off"
He immediately could only respond : "well you were told wrong" in a very aggressive manner like he was expecting me to still ask for the 20% off because I was told wrongly.
I just said "Oh, well you may want to let that CSR know so he doesn't provide the same false information to other people." and then on the way out (as I no longer had a reason to be there) I mentioned "Sorry, I was only here to grab that because it was 20% off"
I understand being misinformed and never expected him to provide the 20% discount afterwords, however his reaction like he thought I was going to try and force it and his change in my treatment as a customer during the conversation and when I mentioned that he should let that CSR know is kind of upsetting.

One of my favourite locations, and the supervisor knows I'm hunting for work has actually helped me at times find work opportunities. There's good people working here.
EDIT: Not my favourite store anymore. When they launched their points loyalty program i had a lot of points saved and used some for cheaper bud because I'm on ODSP always trying to save money when i can. 2 weeks ago i went in like i do every few days to see if i could use points when i was pretty broke and my account showed i had $24 in available balance with another 40 or so points from some visits and i figured i had a lot saved up and wanted to use them, i redeemed the 40 points so that 24 would become 28, only for the website to show i had $4 in points. The worker and i were pretty shocked and he assured me the manager would get a hold of me very soon to fix the problem, Only for it to take until two days ago when i walked over to ask if the manager had seen my issue yet. I was told it was a glitch and the 24 i had seen was from before when i first activated the account, and it decided to show me that 24 dollar balance right up until i wanted to use it.
Glitch or not, I thought i had 24$ and then it disappeared and im left wondering what happened. Not even a sorry or anything the manager couldnt be bothered to talk to me. The staff are still great and super helpful, except for the manager. This is gonna be a growing problem for this company too, adding corpo values to a business where people are ..
Probably, the only true place left up north. Never waivering in their services: price matching, or bud knowledge; very welcoming, (always sold out of blueberry juicy), but still my ride to die wheather u prefer indica or sativa, best out of my experience in the bay.
Junkies all over the place, in and out. Homeless people living right behind it. Probably selling more than green. Edit/Response First off I said junkies and homeless in and outside of the store. You sure as hell can do something. Have them removed from the store or your property by reporting their criminal behavior. They're not going into the tight space between your store and the property behind it to trade recipes.
