| Usually decent herb for usually decent prices! Can always find good quality through the HiWay brand when its available. Updated to 4 star 2024-01-03: Talked to the manager Alec and he helped solve the issues. Earlier rating said it was the manager who assisted me during the encounter on the 30th but that was a mistake on my part it was just a normal CSR. Lost marks because Yesterday evening (December 29th 2023) I was told the two display cases on the desk were 20% off. Went in the next day and the manager was there and I tried to grab something I was told by staff was 20% off from the display to be told, no that display isn't 20% off. When I said "Oh, Well, the person working here yesterday evening told me it was 20% off" He immediately could only respond : "well you were told wrong" in a very aggressive manner like he was expecting me to still ask for the 20% off because I was told wrongly. I just said "Oh, well you may want to let that CSR know so he doesn't provide the same false information to other people." and then on the way out (as I no longer had a reason to be there) I mentioned "Sorry, I was only here to grab that because it was 20% off" I understand being misinformed and never expected him to provide the 20% discount afterwords, however his reaction like he thought I was going to try and force it and his change in my treatment as a customer during the conversation and when I mentioned that he should let that CSR know is kind of upsetting.
