Just wanted to say a wholehearted thank you to Adriana and the support of the Value Buds crew for taking a bad situation and totally rectifying it through understanding and compassion. A true humanitarian moment happened and that's very rare in today's day and age. I can't express how much it means for a company to put it's talk to action and how much I honestly appreciate their help. I won't say any more than that, we'll just say that if you're in the know, you know ;) and thank you very much!

9:15pm march 5, 2025. I walk into the store and none of the boards that displayed prices or we have any information on them. I asked the lady at the cashier about them. She is 45 years old as long hair and glasses. She immediately looks at me and says obviously they are blank because we have to write them by hand at some point. We actually have to write them by hand. Her tone is demeaning.. not sure why she's working customer service if she's gonna be rude to customers.

nicest looking dispensary that I have been in. as a wheelchair user, I can confirm it is accessible(and not with one of those crappy temporary ramps either) also very close to an accessible subway station(Bathurst). service was good too. will definitely be returning here to shop.
