This was my local shop but I won't be going back. Today was my Third time there with very uncomfortable service with three different employees. Today the manager was confrintational and rude, she id'ed me literally three days ago she can wait 2 minutes while I get my wallet out without sternly chastising me, and if it was such a priority they should have someone posted at the door. The sign at the door had been removed and placed near the floor with no partition. The customer she had been serving was uncomfortable and tried to break the tension but the third time she asked (while I had my wallet in my hand), I just left. Ive worked in liquor and controlled industries, this was beyond the base requirements as I was literally holding my id to show her. Previously, a male associate PULLED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE OFF THE TILL to find a product as she served someone, flirting loudly and being dismissive to everyother guest. It was extremely uncomfortable. Good luck working out the kinks, but I'm not embarrassing myself to give you money again.
Rudest and 0 customer service skills. Called to check for price and THC % in pink kush full once and was told in rudest manner to check the website. They need to train their employees that customer service is key to any business success. Will never go back there again. Go somewhere where $$ is appreciated
Great people. Merchandise aside, since weed is a small part of it (at least for me), it's people that listen and come very close to my taste and needs.. in turn the experience is much closer to desired. Thank you guys for your patience and being good listeners. Weed's just a bonus and it's off the hook! Lol. Cheers
Where is the hashish? Every week, 3 or 4 times a week when finished at work I'd come here and buy the Vortex Black Afghanistan hashish, best hash on the market. I smoke my hash, I feel good, for a year they never let me down. Now they have no more hash! I have to walk 20 minutes and give my money to mr. Smart Aleks at some store on Queen St.. Why no more hash here ? Why every week I have to walk 20 minutes and give $150 to this annoying man who talks too much to get my hashish? Its not complicated, I just want to buy it close to home.
great prices aside, the employees have always been friendly, talkative, patient and helpful!! the only dispensary i frequent!! :))
