Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

Came into the store all the staff were in the back talking, no one greeted any of the customers. We ordered thru the machine and paid. On the debit machine it said transaction approved and the money came out of our account. The staff behind the counter said that the transaction didn't go thru on there end. We asked what are our next steps. They called some ignoramus guy working at the back to come out and accused me of wanting free product ? Those words NEVER came out of my mouth and when I asked if there was something wrong he accused me of being disrespectful and asked me to leave. No problem...
That BOY clearly has no social skills, does not have any training on managing a store, he stood there, raised his voice and declared I was disrespectful when I asked him if something was wrong..
He has no communication skills, no customers service skills, he comes across as entitled and has no sense on picking simple human behaviour and actions. He has no compassion, or empathy and only considers his own feelings. Good job on hiring that guy ðŸ‘ðŸ»
Be very careful buying from this store. I usually purchase from here, but this time was the last time. I purchased a 7g bag of Cropped saliva (Divvy). I asked the man if it was good bud and he said yes. I went home and opened it, it was all crushed up. I called back and they had the nerve to tell me once opened it can't be returned, MIND YOU, there was no communication from the employee stating that it was not whole bud nor was there any labels, warnings or signs. For me, it's not an issue but I don't smoke weed with stems in it or weed that is already crushed up I should have known something was wrong because it was on special for 20$ 7G. After getting off the phone with the unprofessional girl, she said she reviewed the camera, and stated I was on the phone while talking to the employee, so basically insinuating that I may have not told him or was distracted, but did not say she verbally heard mine and the employees conversation about what I wanted. It seems like they need the money more than me so they can keep it. But the the customer service is not good at all. Taking initiative for the lack of PROPER labels should have been the first thing, but when dealing with young, unprofessional people who have no interpersonal or proper customer service skills, how could you expect any better? I refuse to argue with people that get paid minimum wage.

I have been coming to the keele location for couple months! And I must say their customer service is unmatchable. Every time I enter I am greeted and the employees are ready to help me out and answer any questions that I may have. They make the experience super easy and enjoyable every single time I come. The location it's self, they keep it top notch and clean. Highly recommend coming here for all your flower needs.
