Cheap and once he gets to know you he's a good guy.
I really wanted to like this old man but his low prices ain't worth his bad people skills. He is so used to sketchy people in his hood that he treats all his customers the same. Go to the Friendly Stranger in Thorold for the best price , yes even better than this man can give you.
And they care about their customers!!

Best prices in the area! Nice people! I recommend this place. We get our dogs oil here. Our dog is older and has arthritis and other issues and it works perfect!
I found him to be very rude. Doesn't respect the fact I haven't got all day. Gotta get what I need & go. But NEVER go there again. The vile for the pen leaked. Didn't get anything whatsoever from it & almost ruined my pen. Didn't care whatsoever & basically called me a liar. I work buddy....so I couldn't run right back. There's too many other places. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE PEOPLE. JUST AROUND THE CORNER THERES A BETTER STORE
