Customer service was horrible. I didn't see the flavour of edible put into my bag. Wanted to change it and both individuals were really rude. Stating that I should know exactly what edible flavour I want. The item was NOT OPEN I confronted her told her tone of voice was really rude. She tried to play the role as I'm just telling you. The other individual then explains that all the edibles are all the same which didn't make any sense. Anyways WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I used to be a regular customer at this store, I found that with all the competition of stores in the vicinity, they have significantly less choice, and their prices are not very customer friendly. I literally went in around 5pm today and looked at the cost of an ounce....22% at $130, when the competitor down the street has better quality products, more selection and purchased an ounce of 33% for $120. Until the prices change I won't go back

Sold a faulty vape… called earlier today as it was less than 24hrs I had purchased the product, I was told they would speak with the owner Susan about it and told me to come on in with it. Nothing was rectified, owner wasn't spoken to either until after I had shown up. I called 3hrs prior to arriving. Now because I didn't have the original packaging, this apparently complicates things, despite me having the product and receipt in hand…The need for original packaging was never mentioned on the initial call… I've come here a few times and the experience was decent. Now I'm feeling pretty disappointed as not only have I lost money, but also my time. I'm being promised a refund, with an unknown date, as they have to get their money back from the manufacturer first. I just wanted a functional product. Im not even sure if I will actually receive this refund after reading some previous reviews with similar experiences. They said they have to get ahold of manufacturer and gave the faulty vape back to us… Why isn't it an option to take faulty vape, do an exchange and provide me a functional one and sort out the issue with manufacturer without my involvement or me having to wait? Very disappointed, and frustrated is an understatement. Customer service is everything, and today I was provided the poorer service I've ever experienced at any establishment.

Had the worse thing happen....my vape stopped heating! Rushed to get to the store before they closed, literally 2 minutes to spare! Sales guy was very accommodating and got me a new pen and cartridge! Cost way less than I expected! Thanks for staying open for me and allowing me to make a purchase even though you were closing! Now I can get some pain relief! I will be back!
