Great store, awesome selection daily, employees are overly kind and helpful. However, be cautious and check your products before paying, as the employees give you the wrong products almost every day but you cannot exchange. Very disappointing

Failed to get my order delivered to me. With no refund or any help towards my order. I even walked in and bought it because they said they would give me a refund. They take my info down everytime i call in to give to "head office" on this issue and I haven't received anything response/refund/help. Looks like I'm not getting anything back from this. Super disappointed in the lack of response/support on this.. Never buying from here again.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their product. I've always received great service and recommendations every time I've been in the Bayfield location. I love the Miss Jones style; the store is always clean with good music and a positive atmosphere. Would recommend Miss Jones for sure!

I have ordered from Miss Jones through Uber eats multiple times and never had an issue with delivery. Today, I've been waiting well over 2.5 hours for my delivery, time comes for it to show up and nothing, gave it an extra 15 minutes and still no update, no one has showed up now 40 minutes passed the time I was supposed to get it and I'm unable to phone the store. A $70 order, so I'm quite frustrated right now and have lost $ having to cancel this after waiting for so long. I will absolutely NOT be ordering from here again, this was really unprofessional.
