Had faster weed delivery during the massive snowstorm. Waiting 3 hours for a delivery to never arrive is a bit absurd. Will not be ordering from here again.

I had to find another place to order from. I had been ordering here for years and the same driver kept asking to see my I.D. When I called the manager to tell her it felt robotic as I am not trying to show a fake ID to the same driver over and over. She told me she would re train him. Two more orders later and he was still demanding to see my ID and told me that I was wrong. He was extremely mean and rude; He did not make me feel good as a customer. Literally nothing was done to resolve the situation so I had to switch to a new store.

I've been online purchasing from affx since august 2023. Delivery always before 90 minutes, ordering online and picking up in store is also super convenient when im heading home. I've been to all the other cannabis stores in Hamilton (i work all over the city) this place is by far my favorite. Reliable prices and inventory plus one of the few who offer free same day delivery.

Just walking out of the store now. I come here everyday and a part time staff refused my service based of a biased assumption that I was under the influence. Rude and intolerant customer lost go to canna cabana the beat all prices by 20% only reason I came here was because it was close and friendly now it is just wack
