You're Always Welcome At Canna Cabana!
Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

Steph seriously runs the place! In all the best ways is she a top candidate for managerial positions and staffing. Every visit I've had was safe secure and almost above and beyond with the knowledge on cannabis stocked in store. She is very helpful in discounts and saving as well as super informational and helpful in the benefits/membership programs sign up and access programs
**Review:**
I had a terrible experience at Canna Cannabis Store, and I'm definitely never going back. The staff is consistently rude and shows way too much attitude, acting like they own the place.
When we first visited the store, they told us that after becoming a member and registering our number, we wouldn't need to show our ID every time — as long as we were over 21 and had already signed up. A few times, I didn't have my ID with me, but they let it slide since I was a member.
However, things completely changed during a recent visit. I went with my husband; I had my ID, but he didn't, so he stepped out. Then the cashier told me that I also had to leave the store and wait 15 minutes before coming back. I left and came back after about 10 minutes, and the same lady rudely told me that I had been in front of the camera and needed to stay away from it. So I stood outside in the freezing snow for 15 minutes. When I finally came back in, she claimed it hadn't been 15 minutes yet and told me to wait another 15 minutes. The attitude was unbearable — it felt like she was purposely trying to make things difficult for no reason.
Frustrated, we left the store, went back home to grab both our IDs, and returned — but honestly, that was the last time I'll ever go there. To make matters worse, when I shared this experience with friends, they told me they've had similar issues with rude staff and confusing ID policies. Every cashier seems to have a different rule about showi ..
Staff is super nice, the rest is ass. Their website sucks so bad, they need a filter for in stock only and screw their elite program. They have items I would like to buy but only for elite. I have to pay a yearly fee just for the privilege of buying of your junk? I will go to a better store down the road.
I went in for something and ended up having to get a refund, usually you have to tap your card if that's how you paid, this wasn't asked of me, so my bank asked for them to send me an email so I can get an expected credit not received if they didn't pay, they said I could expect the email but I have not gotten one, yes my card was close to the debit machine but without saying the price you shouldnt hit the pay button and I should not have to wait days for my own money returned.
I have spent upwards of $250 this January alone, in my opinion that's not how you should treat repeat customers
Update: it has been 7 business days since the event and no money has been refunded, that's 9 full days in total. Today makes 10, but today is not a business day. tbf it has been 5 business days since I got the email, you don't have to be in business to know that's just bad business.
Update: I had to get my bank to give me a 'credit not received' after waiting 9 business days
