Hit or miss service. The girls are always fabulous! But the tall slender guy, kind of dreadful when you encounter him. He seems less than thrilled to be at work lol. I slightly hope he's never there when I walk over. The eye rolling and impatient sighing make the pit stop immediately tense and embarrassing. I see the generic response for 1 star reviews, but it would be cool if this guy was addressed by HR or just removed.
