VB is owned by Sundial so set your expectations low.
Most products sold here are Sundial's own brands (Versus, Top Leaf, Vacay, Palmetto) and they are pretty much all garbage. Generally, legal cannabis is overpriced for its quality everywhere in Canada and Value Buds is no exception.
Employee turnover is high and knowledgeable employees don't seem to last long, which is too bad since there were some really good folks that no longer work here.
The website is functional which is about the only redeeming quality in my book.

Every day they have fantastic selection, sales prices much better than ANY competition. Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff. They know their stuff and their products! Let them know what kind of product your looking for if your unsure, and I guarantee you'll walk away with something that'll make you smile!
Every week on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday is the best time to go in if you want the absolute best selection, and they get their orders in around that time. I've found some true gems for fantastic prices. You wouldn't believe a few years ago that you could get bud for this cheap per gram, yet have it be 25%+, or premium oils or hash at discount prices!
Amazing local hole in the wall you would walk right on by, but kick yourself if you did! Highly recommended!

I had a 510 cart I bought a month ago that I only tried today, atomizer was about to come off the bottom and I figured I'd do a "hail mary" and contact their staff. Mel was able to diagnose the atomizer issue and get me a replacement even though she had no obligation to do so. Definately coming back here again due to amazing customer service!
