The rating of this store varies based on the time of day that you visit. If you visit the store in the evening when Gregory is working its five stars. He's helpful friendly and has great recommendations. Now if you visit in the afternoon that is when you get the one star rating, Noah gives you attitude for no reason as if you slighted them. When i've asked for recommendations they give an annoyed sigh as if i am being an inconvenience and am told the list is on the wall if i dont take their first suggestion. Now when i want to come here i take a drive by the window and if i see Noah i just leave. If i find out Noah is no longer here i will change my rating to 5 stars.

I wouldn't bother going to this location. The most condescending kid behind the till, Don't clap your hands at me and act like I'm an idiot child. They need to clean out the inexperienced, rude staff. And then it might be a good location.

I had to stop going to VB for over the past 6 months because the prices were getting out of hand - my usual buy sitting around 34$ went up to 47$ & another item I love was usually around 25$ went up to 40$! Now I'm pleasantly happy to report that they readjusted the prices and both my products were back at the mid 30's! I randomly stopped in this location this week to check in & low and behold, they had my product at a great price! Thanks for making the changes and keeping "value" in the products.
