Love visiting this location. All.staff are super friendly, knowledgeable & always have a smile on their faces. Store is always super clean and very orderly. They don't seem to have a high turn around of staff which shows how well managed this location is. Can't say enough good things about this location and how awesome ALL of the staff are!

I visited your downtown location and had a concerning experience with an employee (possibly named Breena or Brenda) She had long yellow/green nails with visible debris underneath them and was scratching her skin during the interaction. This was highly unsanitary, especially in a retail environment handling products. I wanted to bring this to your attention as hygiene is critical for customer safety and satisfaction. Please address this issue to ensure proper sanitation standards are upheld. Thank you for your attention. I hope to see improvements in the future.

For some reason the staff thinks they need to ID anyone who looks under 40. I find this unusual because the AGLC website clearly states that the law is anyone who looks under 25. Not a big deal but slightly irritating on a few occasions I forgot my wallet, when its blatantly obvious that I am of age.
