I go to this dispensary store probably twice a week and I often have great service
Although today showing up at around 3:00 p.m. I proceeded to order myself a 14 pack with rolling papers and I asked for a purple lighter.
I was quite shocked when the till lady tells me no, we don't preced to take any lighter out of any color without asking me if I do have a preference since I ask for a specific color and just gives me one.
I then reply back with a little bit of sarcasm that it would be nice if she could ask if I want a specific color since I am buying an item to which they have multiple colors.
She kept quiet as a mule, I proceeded to take my material and walked out.
This so far was the worst human interaction I had in your store.
As a member of the public who practices customer service, this was a major fail from that member of your company.
Sadly enough since I'm spending over $100 at your location. I believe in good service so I think we will now be spending our money at plant life cannabis which is that not even 500 m from your location.
I would suggest training your staff with proper customer service training. Especially if they are not from Canada or if they're not practicing the same value system ask Canadians.

Although I've given up the Devils lettuce and was a chronic user for 45 years, I've never ever had any problems shopping here. Unhappy people like to complain and are just whining when I read the bad reviews. The staff was always friendly to me and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Rock on Value Buds.👍
Used to be my main store for over a year, but the staff has gone way downhill lately! On my last visit, the staff lied to my face and then tried to say I was psycho for calling it out! The prices may be a little lower, but apparently, their employee standards are now even lower! I will never shop at this location again!

I got food poisoning and I haven't felt this bad in a long, long time. I don't remember the ladies name was saw but she kicked some serious but it got me exactly what I needed. She made me feel better in my heart.
