Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

I've been a regular customer at Canna Cabana, at many locations...stopped at East Lake after a long day. Was told, 'no they can't sell me the product I chose, that i need...unless I pay an extra 35 for the elite membership'. No debate. The kid took great pleasure in enforcing that rule...kind of the the cops used to enforce rules. Didn't buy it, left with nothing. And won't be back. Don't waste your time!
I have fibermyalgia, ICP, multiple injuries and severe Insomnia. Aprox. A year ago my husband and I started trying THC gummies for pain and sleep. Our first visit we met Robel, who has been so knowledgeable and helpful on this journey. Not only have we experienced the most amazing external customer service, and have seen him provide the same for every customer he comes in contact with.I have witnessed the same internal customer service! Educating his team so that they may help and assist other customers.
What Robel has help with has changed the quality of our lives. I am sleeping more than I have in 15 years. Both of our pain has been reduced when we use during the evening and our moods and activities have increased. We have sent many friends and family members to him specifically. There is closer locations to all of us, however we choose traveling further, to receive service from he and his team! In my opinion with a background for over 30 years in executive leadership roles. I would recommend that Robel is not just recognized for his outstanding internal/external customer service. Is given a oppourtunity or perhaps a promotional, where he can provide training to other team members.
I usually enjoy shopping here but Samantha does not make the experience better. After reading a couple of other reviews, I can tell she wasn't just having a bad day, but it is normal behavior.
She really needs to learn to be more pleasant to customers.
Training maybe for customer service might help.
Gurion provided such a great service experience. Their attention to detail and level of care really stood out! Highly recommend!!
