We shop at Value Buds weekly and today's service was horrible. The young lady working there today was rude and miserable. She made us feel like we were a nuisance interrupting her personal time as we were the only shoppers there.

I won't be back because of one staff member that can't seem to do his job properly or without cursing. Today I stopped in and the Sunday football games were way more important than doing his job as he cursed and swore about the teams and what was going on...good thing he's not my employee because he would be fired on the spot. I won't be back to this location.

The lady wouldn't let me look at the glass pipe I purchased. She "assured" me that there was no exposed paint or film of any sort in it and two uses guess what...... GARBAGE
