Lovely little value buds tucked away in Chappelle. Welcomed right away by the friendly staff. They helped me find just what I was looking for. There's always more than what's on the written menu in store so don't be afraid to ask. I had to get a new vape battery so dropped in and picked up a few carts as well. Thanks value buds.

Value Buds in Chappelle has been my go to dispensary since moving to Edmonton. They consistantly have amazing prices and always have stock of the latest and greateast strains. A huge shout out to Phil for his exceptional customer service, by far THE BEST budtender in that entire store. He has recommendations and honest reviews on all his products. I look forward to every visit, especially if Loki is around he is such a well mannered pup and so polite. Though I will mention this 5 star is solely directed at Phil and Loki, the girls employed there need an attitude adjustment ASAP. If not for Phil, I would not return...do better ladies.

I've been going to this location for 2 years and I got to say I have never received better costumer service at any other Value Buds location. Jada gives you insight and clarity, I have to commend! The atmosphere and attitude towards me is different compared to when the guy with the dog serves me, he's rude… "Jada" I think that's her name? Amazing worker!!

I've been coming to this location before it was even a Value Buds. Now, as a Value Buds, this is the only spot I will come to on a regular basis (bi-weekly to weekly depending on my schedule). Phil is amazing! His dog (Loki) is a welcoming member of the Value Buds family and is always happy to see me. Honestly, Loki is one of the best parts of shopping at this location. Phil is always ready with recommendations, and if no other customers need help, is an awesome conversationalist. I love chatting with him about video games, movies, sports etc. I saw a review on here stating Phil is rude. That flabbergasts me! I have observed him countless times while waiting to be helped, and he is nothing but pleasant. I also want to shout out Beth! She is a new addition to the team, and an awesome one at that. Some of the other girls that I have come into contact with at this location seem disinterested in helping me, and are stand-offish at times. Not to say they aren't helpful, just not as friendly or customer focused as Phil + Beth.
