The atmosphere and attitude towards me is different compared to when the guy with the dog serves me, he's rude… "Jada" I think that's her name? Amazing worker!! I'm !

I used to frequent here, customer service was always excellent with the girls. Came here today and had the "pleasure" of dealing with PHIL who was without a doubt, one of the rudest people I've ever met, as he was very irritable, and short-tempered, and his mood changed rapidly in our 5-minute interaction. My spouse and I decided to give the items back at the til before buying, and took our business across the street to Plantlife, where we were welcomed and treated with respect. Definitely not returning back to Value buds unless Phil decides to find another job elsewhere. Cheers
