| I've been coming to this dispensary since 2020—five years now—and I've always been a loyal customer. The workers know me, and I've never had an issue until recently. I went in to buy rolling papers (not even weed) and realized I didn't have my ID on me. Even though the guy working recognized me and knew I was over 18, he refused to sell them to me, saying he didn't want to get in trouble. I get following rules, but there's a difference between being careful and just being difficult for no reason. If he didn't recognize me or didn't know my age, I'd understand. But he's seen my ID before and knows I'm over 18, so I expected better treatment after being a loyal customer for years. I love this dispensary, and this was just one frustrating experience with a particular employee. It's still a great place—I just hope y'all can be more mindful when it comes to your regulars. | ||
