I just purchased a product from this store tonight! I did not take my receipt as I didn't think I would need it. I then drove 2 minutes to my house opened the product and it was empty!!! I have never had this happen before! I drove the 2 minutes back to the store, and they wouldn't refund me or replace it as I didn't have a receipt. I told the guy at the counter that he can take the receipt out of the garbage he put it in 2 minutes prior, he said he couldn't, I asked for management information, he said he wouldn't. This is unacceptable. He didn't even do his job and ID me. So heads up open your product before you leave the store or you will GET NOTHING, or NO MONEY BACK!!
Low review not beause the employees aren't fantastic but because they KEEP TAKING AWAY THE BINDERS. The Kiosks that the company wants customers to use barely function.
Canna, give us the damn binders back or fix your dumb machines. As much as I love the Elite program and the employees you have, you're CREATING road blocks FOR your customers. Get it together.

Former regular customer here. Refused service today because I didn't have ID — by the same staff who sold to me before without issue. I'm 38 and definitely don't look like I'm trying to sneak in as a teenager. Manager didn't care, and staff laughed and disgraced me. I wasted half my day because of their inconsistency and unprofessionalism. If this is how you treat loyal adults, good luck keeping customers. Totally disrespectful. Won't be coming back.
Elite membership stopped me from buying most of my favorite things. Went elsewhere on principal. In this economy it's just unfortunate to treat people that way. Customer service was dicey at best.
