DO NOT SHOP here. They advertise the lowest prices then when you get to the till it's double and when you try to politely tell them every single time over 2 years they say it's a head office problem and start swearing so I contacted there head office sent the bills and recording of racism 3 times no response, I will pay you not to shop here link your coin wallet. I have been over charged thousands don't make the mistake I made you work hard for your money something they do not value or understand.
Went in and tried to use my dads elite account which I paid for half of it and was told I am no longer aloud to use his account even though I paid for it and hasn't been a problem in the past. Do not recommend with this new "elite" because even if you paid for half an account you'll never be able to use it again. Would rather go to plantlife and spend a couple bucks more and get points for actual discounts
I don't understand how you have to wait for over 10 minutes when every other store normally has adequate staffing. Then they are always apologizing, management really needs to figure it out. Hire more staff, it's never been more awkward trying to go to a store.
Extremely rude staff. The new girl is exceptionally rude and unhelpful. They have little knowledge of the products they sell are are unable to answer basic questions. Previous staff was wonderful but the new girl they have on the til is incompetent and on a power trip. She is unwilling to help customers. Unwilling to find out when new product will be coming. You might save a dollar or two here compared to another store, but the hassle isn't worth it. I had been going here for over four years. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
I'd leave zero stars if I could. The staff working Halloween has horrible customer service. Jonathan and the younger kid working the counters had the worst attitude. I paid and waited for 30 minutes, before I got my items. I will be talking to the manager I'm there once or twice a week and if they still work there I will be taking my money elsewhere. By no means should an employee be argumentative with a customer as it is unprofessional. please, the employees working today need a lesson on proper customer service because I should not have to be verbally attacked for asking a question or making a suggestion
