My experience with Cabanna has usually been pleasant. There are some issues with the store like never and I mean never having an updated Binder handy. I know shopping for products would be so much easier and faster. I am sometimes in that store for more than 20 mins trying to find what I'm looking for because the website is never accurate either.
The staff is friendly enough but they do have one person who clearly has social anxiety and doesn't have the best social skills which can make things uncomfortable at times when dealing with them.
I also had a horrible experience tonight with them, I was given the wrong product. I have never had to look at my products before leaving the store as they are usually on top of that aspect of the sale.
I didn't realize they don't scan there products for transactions. Which I think should be a thing in the future because human error does happen.
I showed a photo of the product I wanted. I don't smoke it and this is how I know what I'm needing for my spouse.
I showed the product and explained I have to have indica and not Stavia.
I go ahead and walk to the cash as he is grabbing my items. The debit machine is down so I go get cash and come back and pay for my items. I say no to the receipt and leave the store with my purchase. I literally live around the corner. I drive home and hand my spouse the bag of items.
He asks did they not have the product he was looking for or any indica in the store. I say yes I showed the photos and he ..
Please create a binder!! It's the easiest way for your costumers to shop and know what you have in store. Good prices and employees are very friendly.
This is not usually my go to store. Once I went in and thought the service was good I purchased the elite membership. For some reason it didn't work when I went in on several occasions and same lady helping me, each time I left all my information and they assured it would get fixed. I went in this morning and it was still not fixed and again same lady who helped me on all the other occasions . I asked if we could fix it before I left the store as this was no becoming an inconvenience. I mentioned about making a review if we could not fix this situation. This frustrated the lady helping me to the point where I started to get embarrassed for even asking her to help fix the situation as I paid for the elite membership and was not getting the discount I paid for :( sadly I left the store with no product and she was clearly upset as well as myself.
They're more interested in harassing for an ID when you first walk in instead of focusing on customer service.
I get it, no minors allowed but I can goto a liquor store and browse without being harassed.
Made me want to leave the store immediately, maybe start with a "hey, how can I help you"
Or maybe a nice "HAPPY 420 man, how can we help!"
I got 1 foot in and they asking for an ID, get lost.
Love shopping here. The staff, the atmosphere. And getting to actually look at product. Instead of a board. Amazing. Reanna, Leah, Brittney, Kaylee. My go to girls.
5 stars all the way. I'll be sending my friends their way. Oh and the prices….. can't be beat.
