There isn't an option for zero stars otherwise that's the score it would have received. I've had one experience here where I had called ahead about a potential item they had in stock which they said they had 127. This store is 30 minutes out of my way which is why I called, turns out they had none and the clerk was confused between stock and what's been ordered… I also waited while both clerks were chatting with one customer while waiting 5 minutes. Lack of stock, horrible customer service and lack of knowledge from staff. With all the options out there find somewhere else…

If I could give a zero I would. Bought flower that has been repackaged. As well as defective cart. They won't do anything stay away from this store! Since when does legal weed come in sandwich bags.

Been coming here for a long time. Was one of my favourite and go to spots in spruce grove. Politely called and asked for a strain on a product. The blonde girl couldn't figure it out and proceeded to lie to me saying there wasn't one. After coming in and asking for the product info the girl still couldn't figure it out. Incompetent workers ruin the experience.

Saved up my lucid points for a hoodie, cashed them in at least 2 months ago and i still haven't received my hoodie! I guess I'll just shop elsewhere and save points from competitors. Tip to other customers cash your points in for in store product.
