| Have never had issues with this store, was always able to send my boyfriend to retrieve my items I purchased online without my photo i.d or payment card. Recently had a sudden and unexpected surgery due to a tubal pregnancy, which has made me almost immobile temporarily. Sent my boyfriend in today and they refused us service. I physically cannot come to the store myself and we've been coming here for some time and I am deeply disappointed by this. Even spoke on the phone and they can't even cancel my order. Will be finding another place to purchase flower. Thanks. | ||

| This is the second time I've been burned by cannabis discounter , the chain , in general, but this store in Oxford and the other in McConachie . Anyways. Had tampered products that I really did not see until getting home. It was put in the bag and outta sight outta mind. The rosin I bought (2 different 1 gram jars) did not have any tamper proof seal on the jar itself....and each "bag" that the rosin came in, had mysterious stripes across the barcode in the opposite direction... Strange. Idk . I'm not overly happy with either store I've visited, it's always "oh I'll get the manager to call you back" and they never do. I called back to the store in McConachie myself and was told that the manager wouldn't be able to know if I was telling the truth or not. 🙄 Seems like a good one but we all crash and burn. Tsk tsk. Never know who's watching 🤔 | ||
