On July 2nd @ about 7:50pm, I walked into this store with the intentions to purchase 3.5 grams worth of bud that holds the minimum of 16% THC..Instead I was recommended to purchase 3.5 grams of bud that had ONLY 10% of THC. I wasn't aware of the percentage until I got back into my Uber. The lady behind the counter knew exactly how much THC I wanted to purchase & she still sold me the item. I found it extremely greasy & I hope no one else runs into this situation at this location!
I would like to speak with manager. This is involving a credit card transaction and an incident that happened at your store on Wednesday the 15th of June at 11:20 am inside your store. Really bad representation for your delta 9 store. I was kicked out of your store after a purchase and told not to come back over a mistake one of your employees made. This issue needs to be resolved as I only have 1 receipt from two purchases I made and it only shows one of the purchases I made. The man that dealt with the mistake was really rude and in front of other customers. Whatever right. Assuming that's the response I'll get. Take care of your business with better trained employees. The customer never takes the fall. That is all.
