ATTENTION: Owner ….. Very Disappointing unprofessional experience at approx 5pm today while attempting to identify product, female retail clerk casually blurting out profanities then when bringing it to her attention responds that "this is an over 18 store"to justify behavior. When I reminded her who the customer was she responded " Well you aren't cuz I am not serving you". I walked a block and a half to "Wake n Bake" for excellent product and professional service.. Just moved into area and this employee does not represent your business well and minimal product knowledge. She stated that is why I love working here I can drive anything! Please document this as former customer issues complaint and poor conduct and unprofessional behavior loses business

Have been to the store 10 or more times with my husband who usually waits outside with my daughter (I'm 35 for reference and he's 36) I'm from ontatio so impossible to get my ID replaced quick SAME person served me over 6 different times without I'd and then one day asked for it . I explained it was stolen but understood his rules I THEN SENT MY 36 YEAR OLD HUSBAND DOWN TO GET IT FOR ME AND HE STILL REFUSED AS I WAS APPARENYLY UNDERAGE. I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH THE LAW SINCE THEY CAN PICK AND CHOOSE WHEN TO ID !
As others have said, don't bother buying any pre-rolls from here they're a complete joke. Bought a pack of ten pre-rolls and all of them are clogged and can't draw smoke. Worse case scenario buy them and don't even bother lighting them and instead rip them up and roll your own. They're also stingy with any kind of refund even if you're a regular paying customer. I had bought a pack of two 1 gram prerolls for 10 bucks and there was only one in the case, when I went back the next day and explained what happened they told me I should have come back the day of purchase...except I had bought more then the one pack so how am I supposed to know until I've opened it?
