| ATTENTION: Owner ….. Very Disappointing unprofessional experience at approx 5pm today while attempting to identify product, female retail clerk casually blurting out profanities then when bringing it to her attention responds that "this is an over 18 store"to justify behavior. When I reminded her who the customer was she responded " Well you aren't cuz I am not serving you". I walked a block and a half to "Wake n Bake" for excellent product and professional service.. Just moved into area and this employee does not represent your business well and minimal product knowledge. She stated that is why I love working here I can drive anything! Please document this as former customer issues complaint and poor conduct and unprofessional behavior loses business | ||
