This is the BEST dispensary experience I have ever had! The staff are not only extremely knowledgeable, but hold themselves to the utmost standards of customer service and professionalism. Don't waste your time at any other cannabis shop, this store always recommends quality products and you are pretty much guaranteed a good experience coming here. Jesse got me hooked on Pistol and Paris and I don't think I could smoke another General Admission thanks to him. If you're looking for a dope store with great staff and even better weed, congrats you found the right place.
Mark is the local celebrity cannabis expert here in Capilano - smiling & personable, and always ready with a recommendation. All of the staff here know what they're doing- and the store is always nice and clean as well. Great vibes, great experience - my fave staff & weed store!
Anytime I come into the store. I always feel welcome by the staff. There was one person in particular that really stood out. He was very pleasant, Mike or Mark, I think it was a Mark, long hair, really knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions! Thank you!
Friendly staff, but I had asked for vegan friendly options for edibles. They recommended the WYLD gummies, so I bought 3 packs. When I got home, I read the ingredients and they all have gelatin in them, so they're not actually vegan. It was my mistake to assume the salesperson knew the products well enough, but still annoying.
