It would be nice to have bud-tenders who aren't just trying to upsell you garbage. I got an ounce of cannabis that was literally 50% stems and the manager Makayla wouldn't make it right.
I wouldn't have purchased it if I knew it was the lowest grade that you can buy!
Couldn't be more frustrated spending 75$ of stems, seeds and nasty buds.
Would suggest everyone to bring their Buisness to other establishments!!!
Usually the experience has been pretty good here, but I'm not sure what's going on with cashier #201700 because the environment she is creating today is absolutely toxic.
Ask to buy two grams of shatter, one strain, and for whatever reason, the cashier just had no clue what she was doing(no she is not new). The brand is dab bods 2.0 but she insisted that it was 2 grams in the pack, when she realized she made a mistake she refused to move on, and just kept stating that they don't sell it in two grams.. obviously so, but why can't a person buy two 1 grams packages?? It's not over the limit, and it's never been a problem before..
Will continue to give this store a chance because it was a one off, but when regular staff start treating regulars this way it kind of shows the direction the store is going..
Remember we buy these products to relax not to get annoyed and stressed out.

No potency in the menu, I'm not wasting my time going through every item to find the percentage when your competitors already do.
I'll just shop elsewhere until an adult fixes it.
Yesterday we went in and dealt with Emily & Kendra. Right off the hop the assumed we did not have valid ids. Gave us snotty and rude behaviour asked for everyone in the car for their ids. With aglc we were informed you can only id the people entering the store. First red flag then when we did provide proof of identification they denied our sales and said we had a bad attitude. Since when was there customer service representatives allowed to deny sales based on attitudes no foul language was used nor was there any attitudes except the employees making us jump through unnecessary hoops to consume what we went there to buy.
We were regulars probably will never be back. Felt very discriminated against mainly because there was no issue until the employees assumed. Maybe some retraining in policy and procedures as well as some customer service training will help the girls with more successful returning customers.
The staff here are just Absolutely AMAZING!!!! There's a beautiful human who works and he is always Joyful and has such an amazing personality…. I had the pleasure of meeting Kendra today 💜💜💜💜💜 I felt her Amazing Energy AS SOOOON as I walked in then my eyes and empathy stepped in and Ya she is a Keeper. One of my favourite out of ALL the Value Buds in Alberta by far! âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
