Bought a disposable pen from this location. It doesn't charge properly even after buying a cord at the same location. When I went to get it refunded they requested that I had the packaging or the receipt. I provided packaging & an electronic copy of the receipt & the lady said she could not help me. She was also the same lady I originally bought the pen from & it was only yesterday & said she didn't remember me. This location is sus & the customer service was very poor

Normally i visit one on 34st was here after a while and Bought a piff blunt sativa half empty. And all the weed scattered in the box . Bought it and opened right outside the store and went back and showed them it was half empty and. They gave a new one to me but denied at first. Like its not their responsibility. Like wtf It is your responsibility as you are selling this. Like indidnt ran away i was just outside. And gave the full blunt back to them not used at all. Thank you. Please check in with your sales rep for products

The girl with curly hair who works here is very rude every time I have to deal with her. I've been buying two ounces a month since they opened and am considering a different store. There's no need to treat customers like an after thought. The blonde lady with glasses and pony tail is a class act and has always treated me nice.
