Most of the staff and products are great. Went there tonight for a disposable cartridge, didnt fit my battery, they exchanged it as they should, the new cartridge they gave me was clearly leaking and half full, I opened the pack in front of the staff member. She then refused to give me an exchange saying thats "normal", only when i asked another customer did she reluctantly give me a new product. Staff member was rude
