Not really my vibe when it comes to Cannabis stores. Having to wait to be buzzed in just isn't a shopping experience I appreciate.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Cannabis House 59 regarding their return policies. I purchased two cartridges from their location on the 23rd of March. About half a week later, one of the cartridges began leaking out the bottom into my device.
When I called to see if I could return it or get the issue fixed, the lady I spoke with essentially blamed me for the leakage, suggesting it was due to how I was using my device. She informed me that they only have a three-day return policy, which was not helpful given the circumstances.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I urge everyone reading this to avoid Cannabis House 59 and instead go to ValueBud. They truly appreciate and respect their customers, and their return policies are among the best in the city.

The displays are always visually pleasing to look at. Selections from flower all the way down to accessories are broad and I always have something to look at when I come in. The staff are continuously pleasant to be around and their knowledge on their product are on par. I definitely suggest coming to this cannabis house, I'll be a regular here for a long time.
2 Stads because I really do like coming here as I come here daily for the last year. But yesterday I went in and purchased what was listed as a 1g vape cart. When I got home and opened it it was only a .5 cart so I thought I made a mistake. I went back in today to find out it really is listed as a 1g. Costing about 28$ so I realistically lost about 24$ having to grab bother cart the next day again as it was only half a gram cart.the lady said it was her fault as she makes the lists then proceeds to ask me if it was any good after I told her she costed me about 24$. No offering me a discount or to make right on what was wrong just straight up asked if I liked it. Pretty disappointed as I been coming here everyday for the last year with no problems. Would have thought she would have made it right since it was her error and 24$ is a lot to cost someone on a typo error. I would leave a 1 star review if I didn't actually like coming here
