Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

Would leave zero stars if possible. Staff ID through a camera outside of store and when you get in they are rude. Would not recommend unless you want to get harassed by the workers constantly asking you stupid questions while your just trying to look for what you want

This has been my go to store for over a year. The last 6 months, I've seen constant employee turn over. Almost every time visiting the store, almost always a different employee behind the counter.
My review though is about their customer service in the respect to returns/exchanges. I understand that they have a 2 week return or exchange policy, BUT it should not include defects from the supplier or manufacturer! I was 6 days past my 2 weeks before realizing that my item was leaking everywhere. Not my fault, it is a supplier/manufacturer issue. They would do absolutely do nothing for me! This item was almost $60 and no refund or exchange. All I was told was to try and contact the supplier/manufacturer myself.
I've been in Retail for over 35 years and I've NEVER recommended to my customers that it was their responsibility to contact outside the store due to a return/exchange for valid reasons. I'm pretty sure this is a valid reason.
Due to the reason(s) listed above, I don't feel this company is a proper fit for my needs anymore. In the future I will be going to a different company for my 420 needs. As an Elite customer with Canna Cabana (now a previous Elite customer), I expected better customer service! I'll honestly say, I'm very disappointed.

Great staff, very informative and knowledgable about all products in the store.
This location deserves an updated review, because they keep finding low quality people to work here. This place is ALWAYS cluttered mess. Never anything out in the Elite section and EVERYTHING piled into the display cabinets. Its damn near inpossible to match the labels up to what youre viewing. Last and final time I went to this location, there was one girl sitting on her butt in the back, while there was a line up of people in the front and only one girl in the front spending sooooo long helping one customer that didnt even know what he wanted. But she tied up the register with him and refused to process who already had their order figured out. So i left and i am never coming back to this store, because time and time again, it remains embarassingly messy and the customer service severely slacks from the persons up front.
bought some cbd after a friend suggested it for ongoing neck pain.....it's working since T3's don't work.
Person at the front was very good and helpful today. Most of the time these days they are very nice and courteous.
