I bought a Yocan Phaser from these guys literally on saturday March 8 not even an official week, It happened to tip over the slightest and the glass broke. I was told they can't take it back cuz I broke it lol. I didn't intend to break it miss it tipped over and it broke. Customer service is trash didn't even try to sympathize with me for a second. I didn't even ask for a refund I asked for an exchange. now i gotta buy the glass for it which costs as much as the device itself, I went to a different canna before this and they said they would've but I have to go to the one I purchased from. I come here just for convenience but i'm definitely gonna avoid here. Attitude from the manager is so weird, she clearly looks like she doesn't wanna be there. not a single smile i've seen from her. Updated March 19 2025 to the stores reply: You told me you COULDNT order me replacement parts. You specifically said you can't do anything about it. Why are you lying now.?? This is such an unprofessional location. for anyone new AVOID this location.
