Unfortunately I've just been going to this store recently (the passed month) as it is close to my work place and a convenient stop. I have now received 2 vape cartridges that have clogged right away (after a couple puffs). The store refuses to do anything about their faulty cartridges. Very disappointing wasting over $100 on products the store can't back up. I was assured when I bought the second cartridge to keep the receipt and bring it back if the same problem occurred. They still wouldn't exchange the cartridge with the receipt. Terrible customer service.
Was good my first 2 time this time as I was walking up there was a sign in the door saying back in 10 min and a employee had just been at the door as I was walking up I waited in my car for 5min till I saw someone else walk in with the sign still in the window IDC if your lazy and want it to be a easy day do your job and take the sign out of the window that's just pathetic your hurting your pace of work because of your laziness and you definitely wouldn't work for me if I ever found out something like that happened very disappointed as it was close to my place I'm going to be making a effort to contact to owner / management as that's not acceptable
Amazing selection of both Edibles Flower Buds as well as a large selection of pre-rolls which are kind of my favourite ! Staff always friendly and willing to help or suggest new products in store !
