I normally don't write reviews that often but I had to come here to give a shoutout to Sofia, because since Covid I feel like the quality of customer service has gone down sooooooo much, but it was not lost on her. So friendly right off the bat; very professional but in a way that didn't make me feel like I was talking to a lawyer lol. Keep it up Sofia!!
