So rude over the phone. I waited half an hour over the phone only be told to come in, when I was trying to ask about a specific strain. She never let me even get so far to ask about the strain, I just wanted to know before I walked over but she had no interest in helping. I'll walk across town and go to a different place before I walk only a block to go there. No thanks. I've worked in customer service all my life and never have I been so rude to a customer. If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever received

Great staff, not the cheapest and for some reason the store closes for random amounts of time....really annoying when you go to the store and see a sign saying be back in 20min
