They are more interested in keeping suppliers happy then customers. After noticing the DEBUNK packaging of the cartridge I was returning, he immediately exclaimed..."oh yeah, we've been having problems with those... , then when he saw that a third was gone, the third that kept barely coming out until it stopped altogether, he now claimed he couldn't do anything about it. NOTHING, not a replacement or, a partial credit. So I will now take my 6 gr pr week prescript, elsewhere. He was under the impression the cartridge was full, it wasn't... This was the 2nd time ONLY since they opened, out of all the purchases I've made, that I have had to return something. Given the many times I've not returned some dubious ones, I'm glad I found out now. Their loss.
