| They are more interested in keeping suppliers happy then customers. After noticing the DEBUNK packaging of the cartridge I was returning, he immediately exclaimed..."oh yeah, we've been having problems with those... , then when he saw that a third was gone, the third that kept barely coming out until it stopped altogether, he now claimed he couldn't do anything about it. NOTHING, not a replacement or, a partial credit. So I will now take my 6 gr pr week prescript, elsewhere. He was under the impression the cartridge was full, it wasn't... This was the 2nd time ONLY since they opened, out of all the purchases I've made, that I have had to return something. Given the many times I've not returned some dubious ones, I'm glad I found out now. Their loss. | ||

| giving another star today, April 23... guy at cash has improved... seems more interested. The Christmas promotion was a bit of a con , with most envelopes at 5%, double less the usual Tuesday 10% discount... sort of like getting a lump of coal. Prices aren't less then other discount days at other competitors. | ||
