I came in yesterday and the worker was giving me a hard time about my health card. I don't have another piece of ID with me as I'm on vacation. In Kitchener, a health card is acceptable. I have NEVER been asked for a second piece. We after awhile let me in. Today, he refused. We was a jerk and slamming things. I even had my mom go in and he wouldn't sell anything to her. This is very disappointing and it made us feel picked on. For no reason. I am of age, so I don't understand the issue.

if we could do zero stars we would! not only does he tow everyone parked in the parking lot whether it's their customers or not. it's ridiculous and was only trying to have a good weekend now that has been ruined by an unnecessary fines!!

While walking down the strip the manager Elisha yelled completely inappropriate things to me that I did end up catching on video. I will not be returning as I didn't even know her, not even her name until I got more information about her. I went to the company about it and they didn't have anything to say to me in regards to talking to her about it, nothing. This was a store I went to a lot and that interaction completely gave this store a bad name for me.
