I came in yesterday and the worker was giving me a hard time about my health card. I don't have another piece of ID with me as I'm on vacation. In Kitchener, a health card is acceptable. I have NEVER been asked for a second piece. We after awhile let me in. Today, he refused. We was a jerk and slamming things. I even had my mom go in and he wouldn't sell anything to her. This is very disappointing and it made us feel picked on. For no reason. I am of age, so I don't understand the issue.

Good place when it has inventory. They are always sold out of ounces and single grams. They seem to only get restocked once a month and it's sold out in one day. They could make a lot of money if they had product to sell there customers. Ounces are $10 more expensive here than 5 mins down the road.

Went at 9 am, the open sign wasn't on. Door was not open. Waited til 9:10 went in and the girl was in the back. Took several minutes to get my order. As I left she put the sign out an turned the light on. Made me wait for nothing. If you are open at 9am than open then. False advertising. Horrible customer servicer . Saturday September 30th 2023!!!
