I live in Lansdowne and I have been using gummies and drink to help with my pain and insomnia. I used to get them at our local cannabis store but their website has been down for over 2 weeks. No notice on the website, nothing. I spend between $400-$500 a month on cannabis products. So I started to get my products from Cannabis Bazaar in Gananoque. They have a lot better assortment and their prices are better too! I only have one complaint and that is that I fill in the order form and I receive a message saying that they have received my order and please allow 2 hours to get it ready. And then when my significant other stops to pick it up on her way home from work it's never been ready and because I order several different things it can take 15-20 minutes to get it ready. And when she is waiting in line the customers behind her are behaving badly because of the wait. I'm also a disabled senior and I was told that I would get a small discount by the owner and I have to remind them that I am supposed to get a discount. One of my orders was for $186 and no discount was applied. So obviously the staff wasn't made aware of this. But all in all I'm very pleased with their products and their prices. Just putting the order together and making sure that any discount is applied.

Still trying to get used of buying weed from a store. Been smoking for 50 yrs. 50 yrs ago all there was, was Columbian gold or Mexican. Now WOW. anyways enjoy.... Some great tasting smoke....

Never have the product needed in store. And when trying to call and ask for a product. No one ever answers the phone. I was told, the phone is all the way over there (by the entrance) and we're here (behind the counter) so we therefore cannot answer phone and help customers. Which to my knowledge of customer service, this is very poor. I was glad to see a shop open in my hometown but the fact that they don't hold the product half of the time or they offer that kind of customer service makes it very disappointing.
