TCann are independently owned like Credit Unions they are there own store and its cheaper to get from TCann in Kenora so thats where I go most time amongst other things or LOTW Cannabis there very helpful and focus on you until your done shopping in there location

not the best customer service....and literally the worst stock ive ever seen at any marijuana dispensary....they are gonna be going under i imagine soon. as they have the lowest and most minimal stock possible

They don't care about the customers. They don't care about the employees. They have so many locations… they undercut the smaller shops…They're mission statement is off putting. Nothing about providing a great experience… They only care about money. Stop shopping here.

Went online and bought an ounce of weed $130 payment went through great. I get there I'm told they don't have it, it's not in stock. Why was it online if it's not in stock you ask, I have no clue. I say thats fine I'll get something else. Lady at the front goes it'll be $118, as in I have to pay again instead of just refunding the difference. I tell her Im not going to pay again and just refund the difference she says no can't do it, she calls the manager and I guess he says that he'll process a full refund and that it will be 2-3 business days for it to return to me. They took my $130 for an ounce that wasn't even there to begin with then wouldn't just offer a partial refund for a cheaper ounce so now Im SOL for the next 2-3 business days and its god damned Friday tomorrow. Honestly at this point it feels like they're re trying to push people to buy from Borderland
