Website doesn't match what is in store. Went to this store to get a specific joint, which shows available online to purchase. Get to the store and the sales lady says we don't have that in stock. Asked about another joint, she says we don't have it in stock. At this point I say yall need to update your website. She says it's a tech issue. Nothing I can do. Yall should have priced matched for what I wanted. No apology and no explanation until I asked. Poor service. Neither of these 1g joints are available.
New in area and have 2 options locally for legal cannabis. Prefer this location to the other option cause it's a short walk away and next door to a convenience store that sells Moosehead lager. Canada...
Staff friendly and store nice prices on products are fair and smoking accessories available. Will continue my walks into this location
Ordered Naturally Nutra, chewing gum (calm). Product stuck together and squished like someone had run it over and stuck to inside of package, which made it almost impossible to remove. Disappointing experience with customer service. Alluded to managers unavailability and refused to switch out product. Poster stated it was up to the discretion of the employee to assist. Employee refused and was dismissive of my disappointment and frustration and brushed off my concerns. Refused any attempt to rectify the situation.
Will NOT be coming back to the Crystal Beach location again for any of my herbal needs. Customer service in serious need of re-education in assisting clients with respect and understanding. I only wrote a review on this site because I doubt my contact info will be shared with the manager. VERY disappointing experience!!!
This is one of, if not the best dispensaries in the Fort Erie area and dare I say the entire Niagara region. I've never had a bad experience - the budtenders are always super helpful and there's always a number of product options to choose from. Amazing place!
My go-to spot every time. The girls there are so sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend. Great prices, variety and loyalty program.
