This place is an absolute disgrace. I was ready to make a purchase when my mom called me, and the clueless employee suddenly refused to sell to me just because I was on the phone. Are you kidding me? Since when does talking on the phone mean I can't buy something? Is this some kind of power trip or just pure incompetence? The lack of common sense and basic customer service is mind-blowing. If they're this unhinged over something so ridiculous, imagine how they handle actual issues. This place doesn't deserve a single cent from anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that isn't run by people who make up rules just to be difficult. Absolute garbage.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dispensary due to a mistake made by their staff and the way management handled it. I originally purchased a pack of three pre-rolls for $24 after tax, but when I got back to my room, I realized they had given me a completely different product—just one pre-roll that, which after checking online, saw it was worth around $6 before tax.
When I returned the next day to address the issue, the owner/manager? was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging their staff's mistake and offering a proper solution, she kept complaining about how it would "cost her money" to fix it—completely ignoring the fact that we had already lost out on $15-$20 due to their error. She refused to issue a refund and made us pay for the incorrect product we never wanted in the first place. Eventually, she gave us a different set of pre-rolls that matched the price of what we originally ordered, but they were still not the ones we chose.
The whole experience was handled unprofessionally, with zero accountability from management. Instead of resolving the mistake with good customer service, they made us feel like an inconvenience for expecting to receive what we actually paid for and as if we did something wrong. I would not recommend shopping here unless you want to risk paying for the wrong product and dealing with rude management if something goes wrong.

one of the worst places i've ever been to. i would never ever give this place business. the girl with red short ish hair. the rudest person ever. the fact she is allowed to work in this business is mind blowing. i went in with my mother 50 years of age. she didn't have her id and i did so she left even though she looked way older then 30. i was told i couldnt even speak to my own mother. i was telling the lady what i wanted and went on my phone and i was told i wasn't allowed on MY own phone and she won't serve me. i didn't even buy anything because i was flabbergasted about this experience.
I checked out this dispensary while visiting blue mountain.
Lady at the front counter was nice to me . She helped me find a tasty infused 3 pack to try!
I usually don't visit government run stores I mainly stick to six nations dispensarys.
Price was way higher then I'm used to but the infused 3 pack I got was really good!
Deffinilty will visit again and grab another special treat while on vacation when I'm in the area.

Worker or owner is not chill 🙅♂️ I went in on new years they were not open and had no sign saying so, and the day after they had no products and worker did not even let us go see a menu or anything she made us talk to her from in front of the elevator. A little competition would probably make this place better they are getting too comfortable. For a world class resort this place has no product and horrible customer service. 1/10
