| I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dispensary due to a mistake made by their staff and the way management handled it. I originally purchased a pack of three pre-rolls for $24 after tax, but when I got back to my room, I realized they had given me a completely different product—just one pre-roll that, which after checking online, saw it was worth around $6 before tax. When I returned the next day to address the issue, the owner/manager? was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging their staff's mistake and offering a proper solution, she kept complaining about how it would "cost her money" to fix it—completely ignoring the fact that we had already lost out on $15-$20 due to their error. She refused to issue a refund and made us pay for the incorrect product we never wanted in the first place. Eventually, she gave us a different set of pre-rolls that matched the price of what we originally ordered, but they were still not the ones we chose. The whole experience was handled unprofessionally, with zero accountability from management. Instead of resolving the mistake with good customer service, they made us feel like an inconvenience for expecting to receive what we actually paid for and as if we did something wrong. I would not recommend shopping here unless you want to risk paying for the wrong product and dealing with rude management if something goes wrong. - also I should add, she kept the $6 pre roll that she made us pay for.
