If you're black, save yourself the awkward experience. You're spending your money, go where you feel comfortable.
They won't offer no conversational help, they'll brush you off as quick as they can, they won't notice you even if the store is closed. You have to work for their service and when you do? all your questions are responded to as if you're a peasant that needs to hurry and get out.
For this type of experience you're better off taking a tolerance break.
Be very cautious of the product tsbought. Picked up a 3.5 g last night. April 3 2025. I get home and open the package and it's so dry it was powder. After further inspection this product was packaged in July of 2023. Thats almost 2 years old!!!!!! This is not the first time their products have been less than ideal. Need to find a new shop in AJAX. Any suggestions
I've been going to this store every other week since it opened. Today, I called and often have an employee hold a product I'm interested in if I can't get there until later and they're short on supply online. (I can't place an online order if there aren't many left of an item.)
Anyway, I called today and spoke with someone who must be new, but I was told they can't reserve product for the first time in years.
I'm not sure if this is a recently implemented policy or if this person needs a refresher on customer service.
As one of your best/most frequent customers, I was unhappy about this.
Came in on the 5th, and they forgot an item in the bag. I tried to call at 10:39pm and no answer. I came in today with my usual $200 order and explained what happened. I asked them to check the security footage and I was told they cannot go back that far and there is nothing they can do. No follow up or apology or anything.
The girl who cashed me out today was clearly in a rush and her friend and dog were in line waiting for her to finish with my order so she can go home.
They had no bags, had to carry all these items into my car for everyone to see.
Terrible service. Bad attitudes and kids running the place, not interested in sales or service at all.
My mother uses cannabis medically and she spends $200 a week, i won't be coming back here again for her orders. I'm insulted.
Dakota was very knowledgeable and helped me to make a decision based on availability and comparison to what I originally went in for. He was quick and efficient and very pleasant overall. Thanks Dakota!
